This policy explains how "THAI PPL" collects, uses and protects the personal data you submit through our contact form, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

This site can be used without creating an account. We only collect personal data when you choose to fill in and submit the contact form yourself.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: • Your name • The contact channel you provide (e.g. Line ID, phone number or email) • Your area of interest and your message/question We also record the date and time you gave consent. We do not automatically collect other personal data to identify you.
We use your information solely to contact you back and answer your question. We do not use it for marketing, do not send promotional messages, and do not profile it for any other purpose.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the agreement box before submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
We keep your data only for as long as needed to contact you back and resolve your enquiry — generally no longer than 12 months. After that, or whenever you ask us to delete it, we remove your data.
We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for marketing. Your data may be processed by the service providers we use to receive and forward contact messages (such as an email or webhook service) for the sole purpose of letting us reply to you.
Under the PDPA you have the right to: • Access and request a copy of your data • Correct your data so it is accurate and up to date • Erase or destroy your data • Withdraw your consent at any time • Object to or restrict the use of your data
